The models of the HD series are split-type refrigerating machines, with silent operation, designed specifically for use in medium-sized food processing rooms.
The series includes 2 models: HDAH and HDGH, both operating at medium temperatures (from 5°C to +15°C, room volume from 100 m³ to 560 m³) with refrigerant R404A and R134a, respectively.
The cooling power range of the product varies from 3.5 to 18 kW, allowing the HD to meet all of the requirements needed by a more or less extended processing room, always guaranteeing efficiency and accuracy.
The split-type structure makes it possible for the 2 components, evaporator and condensing part, to be assembled separately, allowing flexible choices with respect to the monoblock at the time of installation.
The HD units are built around a compact and resistant steel sheet body to protect the condensing unit.
The bodywork protects a reliable and precise refrigerating system, composed of a hermetic compressor complete with a crankcase resistance, a condenser equipped with a 6-pole motor fan and a thermostatic valve expansion stage.
The split structure requires an external or internal ground installation for the condensing unit, while the double-flow evaporator with 6-pole fan is located on the ceiling of the room guaranteeing an effectively distributed airflow and avoiding reductions to the volume of the environment.
A unique characteristic of the HD units is the soundproofing of the compressor compartment, which allows a significant reduction in noise pollution, keeping it below the threshold of 50 dB, positively affecting the working environment inside the room.
The system is completed by the quick connection pipes between the evaporator and the condensing part ensuring quick installation and easy maintenance.
The standard equipment of the NB unit includes liquid indicator and receiver complete with solid body filter and solenoid on the liquid line, double minimum and maximum calibration pressure switch with automatic reset and taps on the liquid and suction connections.
The defrost system is of the AR type (electric with resistance) while the condensation water is removed through a discharge pipe between the evaporator and the condenser with subsequent disposal outside the room.
Equipped with an electronic control system with an electric panel on the condensing unit, the NB units are provided with a remote wall panel (maximum 5 m) suitable for connection to the light and to the micro-port of the room, to guarantee centralized and easily customizable operation in the settings completing the profile of an accurate, versatile and efficient refrigerating system.
